For many reasons you simply can not relate to the customer, they need proper guidance in many areas of construction. Even so called "professionals" with good names need guidance. As a civil inspector / teacher told me "They have been doing 1st year construction techniques for the last 20 years, so the statement they have been working in construction for 20 years has to be qualified".
