This service is a replacement for the city inspector, the reviews are conducted as follows:

• Before work begins to look for irregularities, conflicts etc.
• when each of 7 phases of work are completed.
  • Concrete
  • Framing or the concrete block shell {Includes roof}
  • Electrical and plumbing installations are completed & exterior to city connection
  • finishing of walls, door and window installations, before and after paint
  • Installation of tiles and flooring
  • Installation of cabinetry
  • Finish of exterior including paving and landscaping
    
• Final walkthrough (the punch-list)

The routine is as follows:

1. Review the plans for adequate distances and measurements, also any mechanical items which may need attention
2. First inspection upon completion of trenching for footings for foundation and metal is in place, the contractor is ready to pour, Review covers formwork, any metal and plumbing just before casting the foundation beams (this assumes that the footings and the main slab floor of the building will be cast at once).
3. Second inspection is made when walls are standing, roof is on or in progress
4. Third inspection is during installation of doors, windows, plumbing amenities etc
5. Final inspection is made upon completion of structure, review is looking for incorrect items, straight lines in flooring, finishing touches are completed and structure is ready for home owner.

All walkthroughs are preferred to be with the contractor and customer together for verification of comments. For customers who are already underway, allowances can be made for missed inspections. Payments are made on an as-you-go basis. Each is one inspection costs 1200.00 NIS + VAT

Before buying a home it is preferable to have a professional in the home construction industry review the structure. Although an in-law might give some assistance for free, a paid advisor will enter into the matter with more experience and greater effort thereby giving you a better overall view of the subject. Do yourself a favor and seek professional, unattached advice when purchases are considered. This is a one time service.
